FAQ & Returns

RETURNS: We hope you love your purchase, however we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. After this time, you will not be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for USPS, UPS, or Fedex. You will need to email @Nataliefaith@aol.com or message us on Instagram for return address and instructions, then we will easily process your return for store credit once we receive it. Items purchased on sale or with code are FINAL SALE. Accessories, Bodysuits, and Swimsuits are not returnable. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted to return = no makeup, deodorant, animal hair, perfume, cigarette smell, or food stains of any kind will be accepted. Email us Nataliefaith@aol.com to start a return. 

-Do you have Gift Cards? Yes, you can purchase gift cards online in the ALL menu or you can message us on Instagram to do so.

-How do I know if my order was placed? You should receive an email confirming your order, use a working email for this reason!

-Do you give refunds? We issue store credit only. Email us @Nataliefaith@aol.com or message us on Instagram for questions.
